At Best Choice Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original condition. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to creating a home you love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
